The Library holds a large collection of books that support students’ wellbeing.
We have many fiction books covering a range of subjects relating to mental health and other issues affecting wellbeing which are engaging, thoughtful and sensitively written.
We also have practical guides to understanding and managing wellbeing that have been chosen by health professionals to form a comprehensive list called Reading Well: Books on Prescription.
These expert endorsed books provide information on issues such as anxiety, stress, self-esteem and difficult experiences like bullying and preparing for exams.
All students are welcome in the Library at lunchtimes.
