If you are looking for your logon details, we originally sent out usernames and passwords in a letter back in 2014, which you may still be able to find (somewhere!).
But to get a new username and password, you will need to contact school, just so we can verify you and ensure we're being careful about giving access to student information.
Here are two ways to make initial contact:
- You could post a message using our Contact Form, making sure you include your personal email address so we can get back on touch.
- Or you can sent a request via email using this address: webhelp@queenelizabeth.cumbria.sch.uk
We would prefer you to contact us via those routes but - failing that - your final option is to phone the school office on 015242 71275.
Students & Staff
Students & staff no longer have a 'special' logon for Moodle.
Just use the username & password that you always use to logon to PCs in school.
But if your logon details are not working, then contact our IT Support team.
