As we enter a third 'lockdown' and we don't know how long restrictions may last, make sure you can continue with your activities during this period. If this means you need to change activities, that's fine, anything you've already done will count. If you're struggling, remember you can do activities at home - for example;
Skill - cooking a meal; reading a book
Physical - personal fitness/run/ride/workout
Volunteering - helping a younger sibling, facetime an elderly neighbour or relative

Keep a record of your activities to show an assessor (often school staff).
